Refund policy

You have the right to exercise your withdrawal right within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. You must submit a return request if one or more items are not suitable.

Returned products will be accepted if, and only if, they are in perfect condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and in their original packaging.

If the return does not meet all of the above conditions, it will be refused. The customer must then pay the shipping costs to recover their products.

Return costs (tracked postage) are the customer's responsibility.

Your refund will be issued only if we receive and validate your return package, it will take 5 to 10 working days to receive your refund using the same payment method used when you placed your order.
